Elegance East Hotel - Antalya

Room upgrade was a pleasant surprise.

The units are well-equipped with a balcony.

The breakfast choices are generous and varied with different hot dishes and sweet cakes. Make sure to get standard king room with WiFi and bathroom.

The location really stood out. Just steps away from the old town and Hadrian's gate. The pool area is a great spot to unwind, although it's on the smaller side. Breakfast by the pool is decent. Options change a bit but don't expect a huge variety. The staff here are great. I appreciated the free valet service for my car. The room didn't match the photos online. It felt cramped and had an unpleasant odor. The Wi-Fi connectivity was poor. One big issue was the bathroom, which needed some serious attention. The shower had no door, leading to water all over the floor. I also noticed some noise at night from the surrounding area, which could disrupt sleep.

The units are romantic, compact.

Unique Boutique Hotel Design

Elegance east is perfect location on the edge of the old town, restaurants, and cafes. The pool is a great spot to unwind after a long day, and the buffet breakfast by the pool had all the usual options and was quite fresh. The staff was friendly and even offered free valet service!

Enjoyed our rooms with all facilities.

Great interior though a bit classic the Breakfasrt is brilliant , the hotel is very close to the beach about 10 mints by taxi , clean and neat I recommend that place and would love to revisit it again.

I was thrilled by the wonderful hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel, and it was a delight to start my mornings with a delicious buffet breakfast that prepared me for exploring nearby landmarks like the fine Hadrian's Gate and the picturesque Karaalioglu Park just a short walk away. It's also worth noting that the staff was very friendly.

From the nice man at the front desk, to the young man catering to our every need at breakfast, to Aysa who kept our room shining and delighted us with a different artistic arrangement on our bed, the staff were helpful, kind and "the BEST":) The location is on the main street within 1/2 block to Hadrian's gate and so close to ALL the activities! The breakfast was delicious with so many choices including a made-for-us omelett.

Wi-fi was difficult to use though the staff were helpful. Though an oasis inside, there still was some street and door slamming noise. It was truly "Elegance" with a chandelier and lovely decor but no space for toiletries.

The hotel is located in the Antalya old city, almost near the famous Hadrian's Gate. Staff was always helpful. We thought Spa would be open in winter, but it was not and they suggested us entrance to Spa of another hotel for the same fares. They try to make it right if customers are unhappy with something. The breakfast was perfect.

Great location. Beautiful Bedrooms. First class service including airport transfers. Nothing was too much for the experienced friendly staff.We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel
